Beating COVID with a Poem

The world has been in lockdown with this pandemic.

Kids in school now work online for academics.

Some people are losing their jobs and money that are dear to their heart.

But this is only just the start!

There are people suffering from this sickness.

It seems like it is absolutely endless!

While doctors are working hard, trying to make a vaccine,

everyone has to stay afar and wear masks if they need to go outside.

Sanitize their hands whenever they enter a store’s inside.

There has been a chaotic outbreak with this disease.

This virus is like a super-spreader, it passes from one person to another at ease. But if we all stay safe at home, 

wash our hands, social-distance, wear masks, and clean everywhere we go, 

we can get rid of this pandemic and turn this world from grey to sunny glow.
