We are excited to announce a collaboration between Palette Magz and EVOLVERE Mental Health! Each of our teams have written an article about mental health, aimed towards youth.

EVOLVERE Mental Health is a new student mental health platform that:

You have probably heard this message repeatedly, and as commonplace as it has become, it is a positive message to incorporate into your daily life. EvolvereMentalHealth.com is a platform that aims to equip youth and young adults with resources to help them improve their mental health and student life. Our main message is to “take steps to actively prioritize your wellbeing.” Prioritizing your mental health is a step towards ultimately improving your overall wellbeing.

Prioritizing your mental health means highlighting mental health to a point where it is on par with other aspects of health as a determinant of overall health and wellbeing. You can prioritize your mental health by consistently incorporating actions that support your mental health into your daily routine.
